What does a DoRego's franchise cost?
We have worked hard to provide a store fully equipped at a price, which will deliver a high sales to investment ratio. The "Turn key" operation is expected to cost approximately R1 100 000 excl VAT (depending on the floor size and premises condition). This cost includes basic plant and equipment, fixtures, fittings, computers, signage, franchise fees, uniforms, launching expenses and initial stock of approximately R60 000,00. It excludes floats and working capital, we advocate you budget, approximately R30 000,00 for working capital. The proposed franchisee should have +- R500 000 owner's equity, and must be able to finance the balance.
What are the Royalty Payments?
- Royalties: 5% of turnover
